The first year of the safety bicycle. 2nd Pattern ‘Mudguard Frame’ (patented June, 1886).
This rare historic bicycle came my way in 2019. It has some innovative features that did not appear on other bicycles until some years later. I need to replace the wheels, switch the chainwheel to the other side, fit a rear step, and order a replacement leather saddle top from Paul Watson.
